Faye Cornhill

Faye has been with JMHQ since 2019 - she’s our longest standing client. We can’t seem to get rid of her 😜.

Faye is a powerhouse, with multiple successful businesses, a young family and huge ambitions of which we are so proud to have played a part in helping her achive.

Faye predominately helps women in the wedding industry build strong foundations for success.

With the challenges that the pandemic brought to the wedding industry, Faye still managed to achieve phenomenal success with her Evergreen Webinar funnel to her monthly membership, The Wedding Business Club.


How it all began…

Faye came to us in 2020 with an idea to promote her monthly membership via an Evergreen Webinar Funnel. We adapted the funnel to suit the Wedding Industry feels during a tricky 18 months of the pandemic (ie no weddings!)

 

We first completed an Ad Ready Review; identifying key areas for improvement including;

 

Overall Messaging Fixing

We dialled in the messaging across the whole funnel. From speaking with Faye, we understood that her target marketing were feeling despondent, frustrated and worried how their businesses would survive the pandemic. We suggested to really lean into this, in an ethical and supportive way and emphasise the importance of having your business ducks in a row, ready for when the government would lift the regulations and brides would be in contact.

We weren’t going to let a pandemic get in the way!

We strategically tested various cold audiences, whilst dialling in our Ad hooks and creative.

We tested Reels, single images, videos and carousels - all to find the winning combination that could work across multiple audiences and build that social proof (therefore reducing the cost of the sign ups).


Also, this funnel was ever changing. When the Wedding Industry restrictions were we had to change the tone and feel of the Ads to be in alignment with the marketplace and prospect’s mindset.

The Results?

Over 250 new Membership members during a pandemic!

  • Webinar Sign ups averaging at just over £5 each, with approximately 95 per week

  • 36% of people who landed on the Webinar Sign up page, signed up (above the industry benchmark of 20%)

  • Over 50% of those who attended the webinar, stayed to the end - amazing retention!

  • 4.53 ROAS (return on Ad Spend) for a £36 per month membership

  • Huge back end sales from these new members, majority of people who join The Wedding Business club purchase higher tiered products.
