Six figure Handmade Business Owner, Steph, slid into our world in Spring of 2021, dreaming of hitting those big passive income goals with her Evergreen Webinar Funnel. Her niche? Helping Etsy sellers grow their businesses (naturally!) and I was STOKED to have her on board.

She is ambitious, a quick worker, super fun and a real expert in her field.

Another alumni of the $12k “Build your Evergreen Webinar Funnel” guru course, she had all the components of a funnel, but was missing critical persuasion triggers which would have resulted in wasted Ad spend, frustration, faith and revenue.

She knew there were enough people out there needing her help - but she wasn’t seeing the flow of sales and new customers she was hoping for - cue JMHQ!


How it all began…

We were SO excited to dig our teeth into this funnel because we just knew, if we hit it right, that the success would be easy. She had all the components of a highly successful funnel; a stand out offer, a brilliant brand and a unique voice.

 

We first completed an Ad Ready Review; identifying key areas for improvement including;

 

Slooow load times

Even though she was using Kajabi to build her funnel, some of the pages loaded really slowly. 2 seconds slower than the ideal to be exact - this means people bouncing as we’re all impatient little whotsits.

Pixel fixes

Steph was using two softwares, Kajabi and Easywebinar. Kajabi’s pixel was all in place, but Easywebinar…no where to be seen. This would mean she would lose critical data in the flow of her funnel enabling her and us to make astute decisions.

Opt in Page Fixes

A score of 6/14 on the Webinar Opt in Page (requires 10+ to be Ad Ready). Steph had oodles of social proof which was missing from this page, plus her copy was “above the iceberg” language that would make her webinar feel a “nice to have” not a “stop everything and sign up for this NOW”.

Sales Page Fixes

A score of 18/31 for the Sales Page (requires 23+ to be Ad Ready). A relatively strong sales page, but just needed some high touch persuasion triggers to get those “on the fencers” off the fence and into her course.

Steph and team JMHQ got into action. We updated her landing page and sales page to reflect all the money leaks identified in the Audit, used her fun, friendly and approachable brand to her advantage and tightened up this funnel ready for cold traffic.

(Note - by this point she was still in the $12k course and was super frustrated with their advice and “guidance” )

Once we worked together to fix all the money leaks we then began to implement our proven testing & scaling Ad process and used her brand in Videos and Reels to really grab people’s attention.

The Results?

A 3.6x ROAS totally hands off funnel

  • Webinar sign ups for an average of ÂŁ4.75 from April 2021 to November 2021.

  • Nearly 7000 new webinar sign ups all from totally cold audiences

  • High webinar attendance rate of 44% with epic webinar retention too.

  • 3.6x ROAS across the whole funnel (in total she spent ÂŁ27k in Ad Spend and made ÂŁ102k back…and that’s just the initial sales let alone the rest that will come!)
